Intuitive Dance Tribe

Friday, September 7th from 7-9pm at Yoga Pod West Houston

In this two-hour gathering, we come together to express our most authentic selves through movement. There is no need for a background in any dance form. There are no steps to follow and no right or wrong way to move. The intention is to feel the sacred by following our own body wisdom through intuitive movement. Leave judgement at the door. Let’s just move and breathe.

*Come as you are! No props or special clothes needed!

Saturday, September 15th from 2-4pm at Yoga Pod West Houston

In this all levels workshop, we will be exploring how different types of movement (both yogic and non-yogic) benefit our bodies. In addition to getting to know about your body’s personal capabilities and limitations, we will collectively reignite the childlike playfulness you have likely forgotten and give your body the movement it is craving. No yoga experience necessary to play!


Finding Your BalanceFinding Your Balance

Saturday, September 29th from 2-4pm at Yoga Pod West Houston

When was the last time you easily stood on one foot (or on your hands) for longer than two seconds? In this workshop, we will dive in to techniques that will help you cultivate the necessary balance of muscular activation, breath, and mental focus to successfully find your balance on your feet and hands. Some yoga experience is helpful but not required.

Saturday, October 6th from 1-3pm at Yoga Pod West Houston

In this 2 hour workshop we will deconstruct the most common yoga poses, so you can learn proper alignment and smart modifications that will elevate your practice. The workshop includes demonstration and practice of basic anatomy of yoga poses, safe transitions, and Q&A.
